Alex was very thoughtful and super helpful. He came to check for mold, but answered so many questions, really thorough and supportive.

Alex did a full evaluation of my existing HVAC systems and made recommendations to address existing problems. He explained the issues and recommended a good, better, best solutions. The evaluation was much appreciated and felt I have a good idea what needed to be addressed.During the install, Alex's crew removed both old HVAC systems and replace with the new GE systems. They were very efficient and I didn't know they were even there. The crew cleaned up when completed and Alex explained the new equipment and thermostats (really like the new Ecobee thermostats).Couldn't be happier and ready for the Austin Summer. And last night's cold snap tested out the furnace! Thanks again Alex and crew!

Alex and the team at Robinhood were great. From first meeting with Alex he was upfront and straight about the charges, fees and taxes to replace the coil in my Carrier unit. I could tell he wasn’t trying to price gouge me but running his business honestly. He came recommended on Next Door and I didn’t hesitate to recommend him when he asked for a review. His quote was $1000 LESS than the company that installed my system. I liked them all so much I signed up for their service program and he applied the membership discount to the work they just completed. Robinhood was recommended by a friend since I was tired of dealing with a big bloated “alphabet” HVAC company where I was just a number and I wanted someone to trust. Alex was knowledgeable and friendly. Gave us options and answered all our questions. We decided it would be better to replace our old system and he was here overseeing his crew the next day for the removal/install. Also props to the install crew. Very efficient and did a great job. Along the way Alex put up with my million questions as things were getting installed and even followed up the next day to make sure things worked well. Zero complaints.
